Certified through NSSA, I have the knowledge and know-how to guide individuals to a healthier active lifestyle. Fitness is my life and I am passionate about introducing new and efficient ways for others to experience the same love I have for an active lifestyle. I'm very experienced with weight training, HIIT, progressive calisthenics and martial arts (black belt/Chinese Kenpo). Combining these elements with nutritional guidance along with energy, effort and intensity we will reach any current or future fitness goals.
